Roseanne Barr has long served cannabis as an outspoken advocate for its use as medicine. In spring of this past year, she shared she suffers from macular degeneration and glaucoma. She expects ultimately to go blind and uses cannabis from a dispensary to help her manage symptoms. Barr has also been open in her love of cannabis as a tool for escaping what she refers to as “mind control.”

Roseanne’s Dispensary Aspirations

A one-time presidential candidate with a relatively new documentary in play, Barr is turning her love for cannabis into an investment.

CalCann Holdings, a group focused on obtaining new dispensary licenses and conditional use permits in municipalities in Southern California, has recently announced a partnership with Barr to open a dispensary in Santa Ana, California.
