Ohio Marijuana Legalization on the Ballot in November

Ohio voters may legalize recreational marijuana in Nov 2023, joining 23 states. Adults 21+ could possess 2.5 oz and grow six plants.

Missouri joins two other states (so far) in putting marijuana legalization on the ballots, putting the issue in the hands of voters.

In an election expected to have a huge turnout, voters in five states will consider making cannabis legal for recreational or medical use.
